Teddy Conquers the Easter Bunny Mystery

Teddy woke up as golden sunlight peeked through the window. He stretched his short, sturdy legs and adjusted his red bow tie. Something felt different today.

In the hallway sat two big baskets wrapped in shiny pink and purple ribbons. They sparkled like stars! Teddy's round button eyes grew wide. Colorful eggs peeked out from green grass inside.

"Where did these come from?" Teddy whispered. His child friend was still sleeping. Nobody had been awake to bring them.

Teddy stepped closer. The baskets smelled sweet, like chocolate and candy. But something moved in the garden outside! A shadow hopped past the window. Teddy's golden-brown fur stood up a little. What was out there?
