Pumpkin's Easter Egg Hunt Adventure

Pumpkin stretched in a patch of warm sunshine on Easter morning. The ginger tabby's fluffy tail curved happily. Today smelled like spring flowers and yummy treats!

Suddenly, little Clover the bunny hopped into the garden. Her long ears drooped low. "Oh, Pumpkin!" she cried. "I dropped the basket! All the sparkly Easter eggs rolled everywhere! The hunt starts soon, and I can't find them!"

Clover's pink nose twitched with worry. "Everyone will be so sad. It's all my fault!"

Pumpkin's amber eyes blinked slowly. Without a word, the stocky cat padded over and pressed against Clover's soft fur. A gentle purr rumbled.

But then dark clouds covered the sun. Raindrops began to fall! The eggs would be even harder to find now.
