Teddy and the Pillow Fort Mystery

Teddy crawled through the pillow fort tunnel. Whoosh! His golden-brown fur brushed against the soft blankets.

"Buttons! Where are you?" Teddy called out.

Buttons was his very best friend—a shiny red button who always sat on Teddy's vest. But now Buttons was gone!

Teddy's round black eyes looked everywhere. He searched the cozy cushion corner. He peeked under the striped pillows.

"Buttons! Buttons!" Teddy called again.

Then Teddy saw something sparkly near the tunnel entrance. A tiny red thread!

But oh no! The thread led into the deepest, darkest part of the fort—a place Teddy had never explored before.
