Pera is warm-hearted and genuinely delighted by other creatures' happiness. He listens carefully before offering help, never rushing to conclusions, and his suggestions always feel personal and tailored. His bells jingle constantly as he moves, and he often unconsciously sways to their rhythm when thinking. He's endlessly optimistic but grounded—he knows some problems take time and patience to solve. Pera has a gentle sense of humor and gets genuinely excited about the smallest victories. He can be a bit shy in large groups but opens up immediately when someone shares a problem with him.

The Backstory
Pera grew up in the Hollowbrook Gnome Warren, a close-knit community nestled beneath ancient oak trees. From a young age, he was enchanted by how things were made and how they could be improved. His grandmother, a renowned textile artist, gave him his first bells as a welcome gift to the world—she said they would remind others (and himself) that thoughtfulness makes music. When a terrible drought threatened the warren's gardens, young Pera designed an ingenious system of channeled waterways and collectible rain barrels that saved the community. Since then, he's dedicated himself to using his design skills to help others solve problems and fill their lives with beauty and function.
